Bailey was born in San Diego, California, and spent her formative years further north in Morgan Hill. Her passion for healthcare was deeply rooted in family influence—her great-grandmother, grandmother, and several aunts and uncles were all nurses, inspiring her from a young age. By high school, Bailey was already giving presentations on fetal development and knew she wanted to pursue a career in women’s health, particularly in the field of OB/GYN.
In 2014, she moved to Utah to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree and was accepted into the nursing program. While working as a teaching assistant for Physiology and Pathophysiology, she met her husband, and they married in 2017. After graduating, Bailey began her nursing career in the NICU at Primary Children’s Hospital, where she spent a year before relocating to Redlands, California, to support her husband’s postgraduate studies.
During that time, Bailey enrolled in the master’s program at Frontier Nursing University and worked full-time as a labor and delivery nurse at Redlands Community Hospital. She became board-certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022 and was hired by the same clinic where she completed her clinical training.
Nearly three years later, Bailey and her family have made the move to the Boise area and are loving everything Idaho has to offer. She is passionate about caring for women across all stages of life, with special interests in infertility, pregnancy, and lactation. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys reading, trying new foods, and spending quality time with her husband and their two IVF-conceived children.
