Dr. Richards was born and raised in Greenbank, Washington on Whidbey Island. She attended St. Mary’s College of California for undergrad where she played Division I softball and was an NFCA All-American. She completed medical school and residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Richards joined OGA in 2018 and works at both the Meridian and Nampa clinics. She enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology and has special interest in low and high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery (robotic, laparoscopic and vaginal) and contraception. She values developing relationships with patients throughout different phases of their lives. Dr. Richards balances work with spending time with her husband, two young daughters and two playful dogs. She enjoys outdoor activities, team sports, photography, painting, and sharing experiences with friends and family.
