Madison grew up in Bothell, WA. She was entwined in health care from an early age and has always loved science, which sparked her interest in Nursing. She attended college in Portland, OR, at Linfield Good Samaritan School of Nursing. Upon completion, she relocated to Boise on a whim and fell in love with the area. She began her Nursing Career at St. Luke’s Meridian, working in Women’s Health in both Postpartum and Labor and Delivery. She has always had a passion for working with women and children, and when she went back to school, she knew she wanted to continue working with this population. While growing up involved with healthcare, Madison remembers as a young adult the first time she was an advocate for her health and involved in her healthcare decisions. She is passionate about educating her patients and helping to empower them to be involved in their health. Outside work, you can find her hiking, camping, or running with her husband and their Weimaraner/Great Dane Evie.
