Why We’re Moving
As OGA has grown, so has the need for more space and convenience for both our patients and our team. Relocating to 875 S. Vanguard Way, Meridian, ID 83642 brings us together in a modern, centralized space where we can provide the highest quality of care.
The Ten Mile location is perfectly positioned for patients across the Treasure Valley—from Nampa, Caldwell, Star, and Middleton to Boise and Meridian. With easy access to I-84 and Ten Mile Road, getting to your appointment will be simpler than ever.

Important Updates for Patients
Here’s what you need to know as we transition:
● Surgeries – Beginning September 1, 2025, all OGA surgeries will take place at St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center or Treasure Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center.
● Clinic Relocation – Our Nampa clinic inside St. Luke’s will relocate to Ten Mile on October 13, 2025.
● Appointments – If you have appointments scheduled in Nampa, they will automatically transfer to our Ten Mile clinic. Visits between September 24 and October 10 will temporarily move to our Meridian or Eagle offices.
● Phone Number – No changes. You’ll continue to reach us at the same number.
● Other Locations – Our Eagle and Meridian clinics remain the same.
Our Commitment to Canyon County
We know this change may feel significant, especially for our Canyon County patients. Over the past two years, OGA has faced challenges with physician retirements and a statewide OB/GYN shortage. To keep patients safe, we centralized deliveries and hospital care at our Meridian location.
Relocating to Ten Mile—right on the border of Nampa and Meridian—was an intentional choice to remain accessible to both Canyon and Ada County families. For over 50 years, we’ve been honored to serve Canyon County, and that commitment is not changing.
